Scope of work

The work focuses on the examination of non-food goods: the presence of a defect, product condition, defects, completeness, packaging, markings, signs of use, and conformity with the description and stated specifications.

Approach: first, photographs, documents and a description of the situation are analysed; then the need for an inspection, the list of objects, the questions and the format of the final report are determined.

Limits of the work

The examination is conducted within the expert's competence in product examination. Technical, electrical, software, chemical, laboratory or other specialist examinations are determined separately after a preliminary analysis.
